Hi All,
I am writting this blog to help you to fix internet connection issue that you may face or may be have faced this earlier. For last approx five days, I was strugging with an issue and finally I managed to fixed it.
When I was trying to connect my PC with mobile internet through WI-FI, it was showing message "Limited Connectivity" and when I was trying to connect through wireless modem ,it was displaying error message "Connection 720A could not be established, you might need to chnage the internet connection setting for this" When I did troubleshooting for this I got an error mssage "IP address could not be obtained". Hope my blog will help you if you are facing same kind of issue while connecting to internet.

1-Open Network and Sharing Center-->Network Connections-->LAN setting(if cable) or Wireless Network Connnection--> Right click and select Enable/Disable.
This might help you to fix this problem.

2-If the issue still persist then open command prompt and write ipconfig. if it is not showing IP address then go to services(write Services.msc in run and click enter)

start DHCP Client service if not already started then start it of if it is already runnign then stop it and again start it.
This might help you.

3- If the issue still exists then troubleshoot the network connection and if it shows the messge "IP address could not be obtained" then open command prompt with admin rights and wirte following command "ipconfig/all" and restart yor PC.

4- If the issue still exists then download the "MicrosoftEasyFix20140.mini-1" easy fix from microsoft and run the exe file. it may ask you to restart you PC.

5-if the issue is still exists then check your interet settings. Open Network and Sharing Center-->Network Connections-->LAN setting(if cable) or Wireless Network Connnection--> Right click go to properties and select protocol check the check box "Obtain an IP adress automatically".
do the same for IPv4

6-If the issue still exists then uninstall the IPV6 and IPV4 then install it again. this might help you.

7-If your issue still exists then check your firewall setting and check your antivirus setting.
Some time whne antivirus gets expire it block/change some internet connection, due to this you PC fail to obtain the IP address.
If this case your might need to change the network setting or uninstall the antivirus.

8-If the issue is stll exists then unstalling the OS is the only solution you have left with. When I faced this issue, I fixed it by unstalling the antivirus.
actually my antivirus got expire, When this got expire, it changed some of the PC settings, due to this my machine failed to obtain the IP addess. When I uninstalled antivirous then again was able to browse the internet.
